The project is strategically located near main roads, making it highly accessible in terms of transportation. Situated 2.5 km away from the nearby settlement, the project is planned to be visited by an average of 5000 people daily. The general aim is to provide users with a single location to meet all their home decoration needs.
Simplicity and elegance were key elements highlighted during the design process. White tones created a cohesive unity with modern and traditional architectural details. Special attention was given to ensuring spacious and glamorous shop fronts while preventing signage clutter by creating a single signage area indoors. Flag signs and other signage needs were addressed, and general signage usage was limited to achieve a neat aesthetic.
The orderly layout of circulation areas, ensuring the non-intersection of vehicle and pedestrian paths, was meticulously planned. Parking areas and pedestrian resting areas were carefully designed for users to navigate comfortably. Elevators and stairs were integrated with architectural details specially designed for the project.
The use of plants was one of the most eye-catching details of the project. Landscaping work was carefully carried out to showcase this large structure in harmony with the outdoors. The entrance to the shopping mall was shaped with a special design approach as one of the standout areas of the project. A captivating welcome was offered to users by designing an entrance that aligns with the furniture and architectural concept. Arched structures and perspective-oriented arrangements created a sense of depth, establishing an impressive atmosphere before entering the space.
